1. Acceptance
By using dng.neoanaloglab.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the site.
2. Description of service
NeoAnalogLab provides a browser-based RAW → DNG conversion tool built on WebAssembly. It is provided "as is" with no express or implied warranty regarding correctness, completeness, or timeliness of conversion results.
3. Open-source inheritance
The tool is built on top of dnglab
/ rawler, distributed under LGPL-2.1. If you modify or
redistribute our source, you must comply with the relevant open-source
licenses.
4. Your responsibilities
- You must hold legal rights or authorisation for the images you convert.
- You must not use the site to violate the laws of your jurisdiction.
- NeoAnalogLab does not review or assume liability for the contents of images you process.
5. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoAnalogLab is not liable for:
- Workflow interruptions caused by RAW decoding failures
- Page crashes or file loss caused by browser memory limits
- Third-party ad content (AdSense ads are controlled by Google)
6. Intellectual property
The "NeoAnalogLab" name, pixel logo, and original site design are owned by NeoAnalogLab. The image-processing algorithms are owned by the original dnglab maintainers.
7. Changes
These terms may evolve with the product. The latest version is always at this URL. Material changes will be flagged via a banner at the top of the page; we cannot proactively notify you because there is no user account system.
8. Governing law
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction where NeoAnalogLab is registered. Disputes are first to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
